All hotel package rates and vendor services are based on availability. Call ahead for your dates-some vendors may not have some of the services available on your dates. The hotel does not guarantee any vendor service is available on the dates you travel. Offer valid Sunday through Thursday only (February 1, 2007 through October 31, 2007, subject to availability. Blackout dates apply.

Full payment is required at the time of booking (your credit card will be charged immediately.) MINIMUM TWO-NIGHT STAY REQUIRED. Changes cannot be applied to other stays, services or merchandise. If you depart early or you cancel less than one day prior to date of arrival or fail to honor this reservation for any reason, you will not receive any credit or refund. Guest must call Marion at (435) 259-6869 Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm MST in order to book. Rates are based on per room/per night, (maximum four people in the room) and do not include taxes, gratuities or incidental charges. If you wish to cancel, please call Marion 24 hours prior to 3pm on day of arrival to avoid cancellation penalties. This offer may not be combined with any other offer. Not available to groups or meetings. Tagalong Expeditions, Moab Tour Company, Arches Bus Tours, Bar M Chuckwagon, Pancake Haus and Moab Golf Course certificates have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Guests will be provided with their savings certificates for each attraction (as stated in the package description) upon check-in. Guests must make and pay for their own reservations for the attractions. The Best Western Greenwell Inn is not responsible for any errors, refunds or cancellations with the attractions or inclement weather. Transportation is not included unless otherwise noted.

The Best Western Greenwell Inn is acting as agents for suppliers of transportation, meals, tours, etc., in selling travel related services that are not directly supplied by them. The Best Western Greenwell Inn attempts to represent only those suppliers that have shown an acceptable level of stability, dependability and response to complaints. Nevertheless The Best Western Greenwell Inn does not control the actions or failure to act of the suppliers it represents. Therefore, The Best Western Greenwell Inn shall not be responsible for any breach of contract, failure to comply with any laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), or any intentional or negligent actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience or injury to travelers or travelers’ companions or group members, including any losses resulting from any changes in suppliers’ rates, or any losses in connection with booking reservations, or scheduling problems or in connection with the losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or deficiencies, diseases, local laws, climactic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other action, omissions, or conditions outside our control.

By embarking upon travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler is hereby warned of possible travel industry bankruptcies, climactic disruptions, natural disaster, civil unrest, terrorist activities and the possibility traveler may be unable to travel as scheduled because of personal emergency or medical problems, etc. Persons suffering from physical or mental handicaps must be accompanied by a companion capable of caring for his or her needs. Travelers booking reservations or utilizations of tickets after receipt of this information will constitute consent to the above and an agreement on his/her part to provide copies hereof to his/her travel companions or group members together with an explanation that if they embark, they do so subject to these conditions and responsibilities.

Moab Folk Festival terms and conditions:

All major credit cards accepted. Discount is equivalent to 15% off of regular ticket pricing and is available for the Saturday Pass or Full Festival (3-Day) only. Full payment for the ticket is due on the day the tickets and lodging package is booked. Refunds and exchanges are NOT provided. The Moab Folk Festival reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, festival line-up, or ticket prices, with or without notice, as necessary. Weather conditions, emergencies, strikes, or other circumstances beyond the control of the Moab Folk Festival may result in necessary alterations; such alterations will not be the cause for any refund or adjustment in ticket prices.

Tag-A-Long Expeditions uses quality equipment and our guides are licensed and prepared to serve your needs. However, on a wilderness expedition unexpected circumstances may arise. It is customary among outfitters to require participants to sign an “Assumption of Risk” form prior to departure. This releases Tag-A-Long Expeditions from responsibility for your personal injury and loss of or damage to your equipment and/or personal articles. We reserve the right to withdraw any tour or to make any change in the tour, with or without notice, that Tag-A-Long may deem necessary.

Tag-A-Long Expeditions makes every reasonable attempt to operate your expedition as advertised, but sometimes weather conditions, river conditions, emergencies, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control cause us to make necessary alterations; such alterations will not be the cause for any refund or adjustment in expedition prices.
